Sustainable materials

ALUTECH products have no negative impact on humans and nature.

The powder coating process at production premises is chrome-free. The powder range for aluminium profiles and steel strip supplied by Akzo Nobel is VOC-free.

The thermal breaks used in combined profiles exclude the components restricted by the EU Directives REACH (1907/2006) and 2002/95/EC. Thermal breaks supplied by Technoform are Cradle ro Cradle certified for Gold level.

Anodised aluminium profiles are Cradle to Cradle certified for Silver level.

The water-based foam used in aluminium profiles is eco-friendly.

It reduces the amount of waste which is stored at landfills.

Complies with international ecological requirements.

Special machines (Nederman, Scruber Verticale, etc.) remove dust and purify furnace gases from the smelting shops, neutralise waste gases from the anodising line, burn off vapours of the coating line and provide sewage treatment.

ALUTECH Group has implemented the international standard that defines the requirements for efficient environmental management system. This standard is developed to define the principles of maintaining a balance between cost efficiency and environmental mitigation.

Recycling

The unused packaging material (paper, cardboard, polyethylene, timber) is handed over to specialised companies for further recycling.

E-document management

Integrated unified system — SAP ERP — allows to reduce paper consumption.

Energy savings

Our offices are equipped with automatic systems that control lighting and use energy efficient solutions.

Thin package

The thickness of stretch film used for product packaging has been reduced from 23 to 12 microns, which allows to halve the consumption of this material without degrading the quality of packaging.

Aluminium is one of the most environmentally friendly metals. It can be recycled endlessly without degrading in quality.
